About the Role:
The Performance and Capability Advisor plays a key role in collaborating with the Performance and Capability Lead to design, implement, and embed strategic initiatives that drive cultural transformation, build organisational capability, and cultivate a high-performing workforce.
This position works closely with business leaders to deliver impactful performance, culture, and capability programs that inspire and empower employees to achieve the organisation's vision and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on the design and delivery of sustainable leadership development strategies that foster cultural transformation and enhance organisational capability; Develop and maintain tools, resources, and coaching frameworks to embed the People Performance Framework effectively; Create and implement onboarding programs that integrate policies, job-specific training, and aspirational cultural elements; Build and embed performance, culture, and capability resources to engage employees and align efforts with the organisation's strategic goals; Design and launch innovative tools and learning products that support the achievement of strategic objectives; Foster and champion a high-performing team culture across the organisation. About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in organisational development and learning. Thriving in a fast-paced, large organisation, you have demonstrated success in engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing external vendor relationships. Your energy, drive, and adaptability enable you to deliver impactful initiatives that shape culture and performance.
