About the Role As NZTR's new Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organisation through this exciting phase. With the mandate to drive meaningful transformation, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance infrastructure, improve facilities, and elevate the racing experience across New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to innovate, improve the quality of racing, and lead NZTR into a new era of growth and success. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and maintain strong, strategic relationships will be key to ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the industry.
About You The ideal candidate will be a seasoned C-level executive with a proven track record in driving significant change. You will be an inspiring leader, capable of creating and articulating a compelling vision, and more importantly, driving the strategic execution to realise that vision. You will have a strong commercial background that will enable you to drive sustainable growth, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry. With a passion for the industry and the ability to foster collaboration, you will lead NZTR to new heights, shaping the future of thoroughbred racing in New Zealand.
