Tyrone Group is an award-winning Construction Services Business, specialising in Commercial Construction Projects in Perth Metro & Regional areas.
Due to business growth, a unique opportunity has presented itself for a dynamic Contracts Administrator to join the team at our Wangara office to play a pivotal role in our continued success.
In this role, you will assist the management team and oversee the commercial and contracts management of the Head Contract, Subcontractor Agreements, and Suppliers.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
Preparing contract templates based on the project contract documentation Assisting the Construction Manager to review contractual obligations and contract templates Attending site meetings and preparing meeting minutes Identifying, preparing, and submitting notices of delay and extensions of time Identifying, preparing, and submitting variation claims Notifying clients of any issues, special circumstances, or breaches of contract Liaising with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current and legal Preparing and managing sub-contracts and purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project Valuing and agreeing on subcontractors' claims/payment requests Preparing and submitting monthly progress claims Revising and retaining contract registers highlighting payment conditions Preparing and providing accurate financial (cost reporting) and project progress reports as required Providing instruction to Site Managers/Supervisors to ensure satisfactory completion of onsite activities in accordance with the program and specification Your application will include the following questions:
