Tyre Retail Store Sales Manager (Or Sales Assistant)

Busy Tyre retail store (Bob Jane Tmarts) in Balcatta is seeking to fill Sales Manager and Sales Assistant roles.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:Good understanding of Australian compliance requirements on wheel and tyre fitments.Workshop and operational skills required.Generate and follow up on sales opportunities.Inspect and provide advice on tyre conditions.High problem-solving skills.Minimum 3 years experience in tyre retail.Sales Assistant Responsibilities:Preferably minimum 1-year sales role experience (can be in other retail businesses; training available).Generate and follow up on sales opportunities.Inspect and provide advice on tyre conditions.Remuneration package is negotiable, starting at $55,000 but up to $70,000 p.a.
total earnings according to the applicant's experience and skill level for Sales Assistant, and starting at $75,000 but up to $100,000 p.a.
total earnings for Sales Manager.
Full-time (11 days per fortnight) position available, but part-time/casual may be considered.
Alternative Saturdays off may be available.
