Duties and Responsibilities: Assessing, diagnosing, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems – such as wheel balancing issues, tyre/wheel and rim damage and other wear and tear. Performing rotations, pressure checks, wheel balancing, puncture repairs and so forth. Providing excellent customer service whilst always maintaining professionalism. Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures. Assist, complete, and maintain relevant documentation. Maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment for our customers and employees. Assist in the Ampol Retail store as required Skills and Experience: Experience in Tyre Fitting Good communication skills Valid driver's license A strong focus on safety and following procedures Strong knowledge of various tyre brands, sizes and applications.
