Daily tasks and responsibilities:Completes pre-inspections of vehicles. Drives member vehicles into install bay. Follow safety procedures. Current driver's license required.Operation of hydraulic hoists.Removal of wheels using impact gun. Follows safety and security procedures.Manual handling of wheels to mounting machines, removal of tyres from wheels.Mounting of new tyres on wheels, use of compressed air to correct pressure.Operates automatic balance machine to get reading of proper weight placement to balance wheels.Mounting of wheels to vehicles.Complete final safety checks and completion of paperwork.Assists with sales and stocking of tyres in sales area in accordance with merchandising plan.Provides excellent member service to Costco members; proven knowledge of tyre install processes and products is preferred.Identify suitable products for sale to Costco Members.Processes tyre/battery sales through point of sale system.Follows company policies and procedures.Stocktake and stock control.Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:Assists with front-end duties as necessary.Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.Current driver's license.Experience in tyre sales fitting.Costco Wholesale is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
