The positions are based in Sydney
The Role: As a TRI-SI, you will deliver training in A320 Full Flight Simulators, Procedural Trainers and ground theory classrooms. TRI-SI's are required to maintain a high level of knowledge, technical and non-technical skills along with a willingness to embrace future training technology and modern techniques.
Qualifications and Experience: To be eligible for selection as a Type Rated Instructor - Simulator Instructor (A320), candidates must possess:
Australian CPL or ATPL (Aeroplane)Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3DAirbus FBW Type RatingFIR or SIR, with IR A training endorsementHigh standard of proficiencyPrevious instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type rating trainingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsInclusive and respectful leadership qualitiesAbility to foster a positive and caring training cultureProven ability to work effectively in a teamHigh level of motivationDemonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licensingIn-depth understanding of Human Factors and non-technical skillsPreference will be given to applicants also have:
A320 Type RatingSIR with A320 TR training endorsementExperience in Regular Public Transport, multi-crew, narrow or wide-body jet aircraft operationsBenefits:
