Junior Lawyer - Personal Injury . In this full-time role, you will play a key part in helping clients navigate the personal injury legal landscape and obtain the outcomes they deserve. Based in our Newcastle office, you will have the chance to build your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
Provide high-quality legal representation and strategic advice to clients with personal injury claims
Prepare and manage complex legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and submissions
Conduct thorough research and analysis to build strong cases for your clients
Effectively communicate with clients, external parties, and the broader legal team
Actively participate in the firm's continued growth and development of personal injury practice areas
What we're looking for
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to practice law in New South Wales
1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in a law firm environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A genuine passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
