Project Support Officer (Procurement and Finance) Are you a highly organized individual with a background in supporting complex technical projects?
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join a dedicated team, working on essential national security projects.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, procurement, and financial support across project teams.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is skilled in project management practices and thrives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain program and project risk registers and facilitate risk workshops.Manage project documentation, ensuring final documents meet audit standards.Execute stakeholder communication plans to strengthen key relationships.Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, monthly reporting, and records management.Essential Criteria:Strong organizational and administrative skills.Demonstrated experience in managing complex ICT projects.Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.TSPV clearance and willingness to undergo Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).Desirable:Experience with procurement and finance, preferably within a Complex Fed Govt environment.Project certification (e.g.
Prince, Agile).Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a minimum AGSVA NV2 clearance, with a preference for TSPV clearance to perform this role.How to Apply:Does this role sound perfect for you?
