The Opportunity
Join our Trustee team and make a meaningful impact by supporting the beneficiaries of Indigenous Trusts and their communities. As a vital part of the Mutual Trust family, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth administration of trust activities. This role can be based in
Melbourne or Perth .
What You'll Do
Trust Administration : Manage and process distribution applications for Indigenous trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Client Service : Provide outstanding customer service by handling phone and email inquiries from beneficiaries, liaising with stakeholders and, if in Perth, meeting with trust beneficiaries.
Office Support : Oversee the Perth administration inbox, monitor voicemail messages and maintain organised records using Microsoft Office and other systems.
About You
You are
reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated , with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and comfort with using various computer systems is essential.
Experience in
data entry, customer service, or call centre environments
is crucial. Familiarity with Indigenous communities or cultural diversity is a plus.
You thrive in a busy, fast-paced
team-oriented environment
and contribute positively and collaboratively.
