About the role: Administer native title trusts in accordance with legislation, company policy and procedures (e.g: payment processing, Trustee Advisory Council meetings, beneficiary meetings and communication, compliance plans, reporting, reviews) on a profitable and sound commercial basisManage relationships with any Executive Office and Advisory or Co-Trustee Council functionsDevelop a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of traditional owner communities so that all trust relationships can be managed for their end benefit, and we can continue to improve our offeringProvide support in addressing operational needs for internal stakeholdersWork proactively and collaboratively with to document and improve procedures relating to all elements of trust administrationEnsure timesheets are completed dailyAbout you: Minimum three years' experience a relevant field (eg in estate and/or trust administration, with a trustee company, finance company or legal firm, Aboriginal Corporation, or non-profit organisation)Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detailDemonstrated relationship management capabilitiesEffective time management, prioritizing and delegation skillsGood communication and relationship building skillsConsistently demonstrates Perpetual values – integrity, excellenceBehaviours Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact.
