Our client is a well-known national professional services firm based in Melbourne CBD, seeking an experienced Trust Accounts Officer to join their high-performing Finance team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities: Generating month-end reportsProcessing credit card payments and staff reimbursementsDaily payments of creditor disbursements and payment of general suppliersHandling the accounts inbox for queries and resolutionReconciliation of payment entries and supplier statementsAllocation of daily receipts and reconciliation in the systemReview and processing of fully approved claimsSetting up profiles and management of usersTrust receipts and payments including Trust to office and Office to TrustHandling of dormant balances and unallocated receiptsSetting up and maintaining investment accounts and controlled monies accountsReconciliations and month-end reporting of CMA accountsWhat we are looking for: Previous experience with Trust accounting - EssentialProblem-solving abilityHigh level of accuracyAbility to work independentlyAnalytical skillsProactive attitudeWhat you will get: Open door and inclusive cultureHybrid working arrangement - Work from homeNetworking and social eventsImmediate start available for the right candidatePlease APPLY immediately or send your CV to ******.
