We are currently seeking a skilled Trust Accountant / Administration Manager to assist in management of over 500 tenancies.Role Highlights:As the Commercial Property Trust Accountant, you'll be at the helm of their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all aspects of trust accounting. Your responsibilities will include:Managing accounts payable and and creditor payments with finesse and timeliness.Maintaining and reconciling trust accounts to meet stringent regulatory requirements.Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.Overseeing general office management and administration duties.Collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and address financial queries.Process owner and creditor paymentsRental adjustments & refundsEnd-of-Month and End-of-Year ProcessingAnnual trust account audit preparationDaily receipting and reconciliation of commercial property rental paymentsReceipting, disbursing and management of rental bondsSoftware: Re-LeasedQualifications and Skills:Experience as a Trust Accountant in either Residential or Commercial Real EstateA solid grasp of accounting principles, financial regulations, and relevant legislation.Work stability demonstrated across your career.Preferably experience with trust accounting and property management.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective teamwork.Leadership abilityReady to Make Your Mark?If you're passionate about property and possess the skills to drive financial success, we want to hear from you!
