We are on the hunt for a Trust Account Administrator to join our vibrant team of dedicated professionals.  Our company provides the highest level of in-house systems and IT support along with the assistance of an off shore admin team. Fox Real Estate is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that clients' investments are well-managed and their expectations exceeded.  The successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients in relation to the financial management of their investment whilst adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
Attention to detail, time management and meticulous record keeping are vital to ensure the integrity of our trust account. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Property Management and report to the Directors.

 The role Duties will include:
Collecting and managing rent paymentsPaying property-related expenses including, repairs and maintenance, utility bills, property taxes and  insurance premiumsMaintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions involving the trust trust including rent received, expenses paid and remaining balanceAdhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing the use of trust accounts. Monitoring and safeguarding - ensure the trust account is properly secured to prevent unauthorised access or mismanagement.Monitor the account closely to detect any discrepancies or errors in financial handling.Disbursing funds to property owner - including transferring funds from the trust account to the property owner's personal or business account after deducting any agreed-upon fees or expenses. About You You are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, are knowledgeable and passionate about real estate, take pride in the work you do, are proactive and act professionally at all times.

Skills and Experience ·        Your positive attitude and forward-thinking approach will be nurtured in our vibrant, friendly, and fun work environment, collaborating with our Finance Manager, marketing, sales support staff, and agents. 
·         While the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations is essential, a strong knowledge of real estate CRM software such as Property Me is essential, holding a current SA Property Management license is beneficial along with knowledge of current SA Legislation
