In this job you willDrive strategic sales across small to medium Transport customersPartner with potential new customers to understand their business and service requirementsPartner with Solutions Design to develop strategies and solutions specific to each customer needAlign internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of ChoiceDevelop a pipeline to meet individual and business revenue goalsOversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new customersFacilitate regular value-based meetings with customers and prospects with timely response to customer enquiries and emailsMaintain accurate data and records within the CRMBuild long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teamsYou have the following qualities & QualificationsA minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience driving new customer sales across the Supply Chain and Logistics industrySuccessful history of building strategic customer relationships and long cycle salesExperience in customer negotiationsStrong commercial acumenThe ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approachThe career possibilities at DHL are endless.
