Road Transport (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeA pivotal position located primarily in our Devonport joinery workshop, suitable for someone who has experience in furniture removal or heavy lifting, and can work within a diverse, fast-paced environment.This role entails duties such as:Heavy liftingLoading and unloading of joinery deliveriesPacking / stacking goods in an organised mannerChecking off inventoryPreparing and making deliveries to construction sitesCommunicating with internal and external customersCompleting labouring duties associated with our joinery site and workshop activitiesTo be suitable for this position, you will need the following skills and experience:Understanding of safe manual handling principlesAbility to multi-task, organise and prioritiseExceptional customer service attitudeBasic computer skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work unsupervisedTo be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to undertake manual work and heavy lifting conducive to furniture removal type work.We offer a great working environment and highly competitive rates, as well as other attractive conditions and allowances.
