Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced professional driver to operate a B Double Truck. As a Boral Driver, you will be responsible for delivering product in a safe manner to customer sites throughout the Sydney Metro and Southern areas with the ability to prioritise your workload and conduct yourself safely at all times.
The nature of this role requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday across a number of our Cement Plants – Prestons, Clyde and Maldon.
Your day will involve: Safe and efficient cartage of materialsConducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as requiredCompleting basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materialsCommunicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiencesWhat are we looking for? Current MC LicenceProven experience driving a Multi Combination (MC) vehicleBulk powder tanker experience preferredOH&S induction for construction industry (white Card)Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulationsWhat's on offer? We have invested heavily in the development of Berrima's alternative fuel project, to enable the transition from coal to refuse derived fuels.
