Located 90 kilometres northwest of Goondiwindi, our farm offers on-farm accommodation, a top-of-market salary package, and the unique opportunity to work directly with the owner. This is a chance to reduce your living costs while being part of a supportive community where your contributions are recognised and your growth is encouraged. This could be the perfect opportunity if you're reliable, organised, and have a friendly attitude.
What We Offer:

Top-of-market salary package with an hourly rate
On-farm accommodation suitable for a single person or a family
Direct access to and reporting to the farm owner
Freedom and responsibility in your role without micromanagement
Opportunity to work with well-maintained equipment
Long-term job security in a supportive and friendly work environment
A community-focused workplace where your contributions are valued

Your Responsibilities:
As a Truck Driver at Gooralie, you will play a crucial role in our farm operations, ensuring the smooth transport of livestock and materials. Your key responsibilities will include:

Transporting pigs and cattle to market, collecting grain from Goondiwindi, and handling sawdust and hay carting
Operating quality equipment, including 2021 Kenworth 509, an older 2013 K200
Opportunity to operate front-end loaders and perform a variety of tasks in a mixed farming environment
Moving equipment as required to support farm operations

About You:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced truck driver who meets the following criteria:

Licenses: HC license is essential; MC license is preferred
Fatigue Management: Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) certification required for trips to the Hunter region
Experience: Proven experience and a reliable work history in similar roles
Values Alignment: Must be organised, punctual, and bring a friendly, positive attitude to work
Non-Smoking: Adherence to a strict non-smoking policy in all cabs
Team Environment: Desire to work in a small, professional team and contribute positively to the farm's operations

About Our Client:

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and friendly work environment where our employees can thrive. Located just 50 minutes from Goondiwindi, Gooralie offers a unique opportunity to live and work in a rural setting while enjoying top-tier compensation and job security.
