SUMMARY OF THE ROLETruck Driver for General FreightChoose from a 3:1, 4:1 or 6:2 roster FIFO from Perth or nearest Australian Capital cityWorking at our Port Hedland Depot and supporting surrounding clientsOur truck drivers are the ones who keep projects moving. Making good use of your logistics skills, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring things run to schedule. That long, challenging routes are safely negotiated and that cargo arrives on site when it is needed.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGTaking responsibility for executing route plans and schedulesOperating a truck and assigned trailer(s)Loading, unloading and verifying the equipmentPerforming periodic preventative and routine maintenanceEnsuring the equipment, material and load are delivered in a safe and timely fashionWHAT YOU'LL NEEDAustralia ResidencyProfessional level experience in truck driving and securing loadsExcellent communication and situational analysis skills.
