Truck Driver/ Crane Operator

Responsibilities:Operate a crane to lift and move objectsDeliver and pick-up props from sitesMaintain props and stock counts of our Precast PropsInspect crane equipment and carry out some maintenanceEnsure that all loads are within approved limitsLoad and unload precast props with either the 3t truck crane or forkliftGeneral collection and transport of other items as directedQualifications:HR Truck Licence - Heavy Combination Truck LicenceHigh Risk Forklift License (Advantage)Experience & Skills:Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar roleKnowledge of mechanical and technical activitiesAbility to focus and concentrate for long periods of timeExcellent spatial thinking and ability to judge distancesAbility to develop, improve and follow procedures and standardsConfident and respectful communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of team membersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesPerformance Goals:Zero incidents – No Lost Time IncidentsPlant & Equipment within test dates and maintenance
