Trucell is an established IT services company based in Australia, specializing in providing tailored solutions to radiology practices, including managed IT services, diagnostic monitors, and healthcare-specific technologies. With over 15 years of experience and a team of 21 employees, Trucell has a proven track record of supporting radiology practices with innovative solutions. We are now expanding our operations to Chile and looking to establish ourselves as a trusted provider for radiology IT services and diagnostic monitors in the region.
Job Description Evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, system functionality, and behaviours. Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices. Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system. Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process. Prioritize and manage workflows to ensure tasks meet client-focused deadlines and service levels. Provide exceptional customer service using strong communication and negotiation skills. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Perform regular server backups, upgrades, and patching as per security and operational requirements. Monitor server health and proactively address potential issues to maintain uptime. Implement and oversee security measures to protect server environments and data integrity. Provide training on desktop environments and applications to end-users as required. Offer Tier 2/3 technical support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues. Configure, install, monitor, and support ICT environments with technical expertise. Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure components, including Cloud services, VMware Clusters, M365, AD Services, ITIL, MS Exchange, and other core platforms. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and email gateway defenses (e.g., Barracuda, Microsoft Defender). Setup and manage IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and network switches. Develop and maintain ICT documentation, including knowledgebase articles, work instructions, policies, and operational procedures. Conduct regular system reviews and generate efficiency reports with actionable insights. Deploy and manage the 3CX phone systems/servers. Offer on-site and remote operational support to client sites as required. Qualifications Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or any related courses. Proven experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2-3 years of experience. Proficiency in server management, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud-based phone systems like 3CX. Well-versed in IT Documentation and must be organized. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage workflows. Strong knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and ICT system configurations. Willing to travel and provide onsite support. Salary Offer: AUD 70k – 80k
