Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber Of Commerce | Registration Associate

This position inquires the responsibility of helping register patients through the hospital registration system. The associate must make sure that they are obtaining the correct patient demographic and insurance information. This will be key as there are multiple software applications that will have to be learned to help keep registration and collection processes as organized as possible. The associate is also responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and keeping every patient's health information private.
