Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, our Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor is the Site Electrical Nominee and is responsible for:
Leading a maintenance team to ensure quality of workmanship and a commitment to safe working practices, continuous improvement, and cost reduction. Providing coaching, and overseeing the training and development of the team. Coordinating and allocating work to ensure that service and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in accordance with company and legislative requirements. Proactively driving a positive safety culture within the team. Coordinating and planning plant shut downs utilizing internal and external resources. Minimizing downtime through accurate fault-finding and investigation. Coordinating and supervising contractors. Managing equipment data and history in the CMMS. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. About You: To be successful in this role you will ideally need to possess:
A Grade Electrical Workers Licence (WA) Cert IV in Instrumentation Minimum 3 years' experience managing electrical trades within a fixed plant processing environment The ability to motivate a team and implement change Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work Knowledge of relevant Australian Electrical Standards Previous control system experience (DeltaV/Honeywell/ABB) The following would be highly regarded, but are not mandatory:
