We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Trison Enterprises Pty Ltd's busy restaurant in Geelong.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and service delivery. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement menus, including designing specials and seasonal dishesPrepare and supervise food preparation, including cooking and platingManage kitchen staff, including training and mentoringOversee stock levels and coordinate supply chainEnsure high standards of food safety and hygieneRespond to customer queries and concernsRequirementsAustralian Qualifications of Certificate IV or Diploma with 1-2 years of work experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Salary$73,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
