Trippas White Group is seeking a Site Supervisor at National Gallery of Australia! This role focuses primarily on the café operations, with event support as needed. Join and be part of an outstanding team at one of Australia's most beautiful homes to the arts.
The Role:
Experience in supervising in a café/restaurant setting (2+ years) Training new employees Delivering high quality food and service of food items for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices About You:
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Ability to work across a 7-day roster; hours vary due to event operations Previous experience working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is an advantage Able to be a team player, with a positive and can-do attitude Must hold a valid national police check which is no older than 4 weeks; must also hold RSA Benefits and Culture:
