Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with two Distribution Outlets and 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail Stores in Northern Queensland. We have a temporary (9 month) full time Administration Assistant position available at our Cairns Head Office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. This is a very rewarding role for an experienced administrator. The role will provide support to the Administration function of the business.
Previous Administration experience is essential.
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for: Providing effective and efficient administration services in our Head Office Timely processing of fuel truck documentation Efficiently processing customer invoices and reconciliations Responding to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner Processing supplier deliveries Issuing customer fuel cards Ideally the Successful Applicant will have: Dedication to high levels of customer service Advanced computer skills Previous experience working with Navision (preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided) Previous experience in an administrative role – minimum 3 years Outstanding communication skills across all levels A flexible attitude that will grow and change with the business Excellent attention to detail Ability to work as part of a close-knit team Rewards and Benefits: Base salary + superannuation + staff discounts Positive working culture Safe working environment Please apply directly, no applications will be received through recruitment agencies.
