Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with two Distribution Outlets and 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail Stores in Northern Queensland. We have a temporary (9 month) full-time Administration Assistant position available at our Cairns Head Office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. This is a very rewarding role for an experienced administrator, providing support to the Administration function of the business.
Responsibilities:
Providing effective and efficient administration services in our Head Office Timely processing of fuel truck documentation Efficiently processing customer invoices and reconciliations Responding to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner Minimum Requirements:
Previous Administration experience is essential Dedication to high levels of customer service Previous experience working with Navision (preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided) Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role Outstanding communication skills across all levels A flexible attitude that will grow and change with the business Excellent attention to detail Ability to work as part of a close-knit team Rewards and Benefits:
