Preparation and help manage commercial property lending opportunities Administration of the loans through their life cycle - these are high value commercial loans Cash flow forecasting for loans including finance modelling Liaising with different stakeholders internal and external About you:
You see property fund management as your career path and will have:
Strong numerical and financial modelling skills - this is your superpower Ability to talk with major stakeholders - you are a good communicator You may have some experience in the commercial property development sector - that would be great, but most likely you would have only just started your career Why choose this role and this employer:
