We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our vibrant, new, purpose-built Centre at Tribe@Canning Vale.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow the centre in 2025, forming strong community connections and building a dynamic professional team.
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a high-quality educational experience for children.
You will lead and support a team of educators, maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Skills: Diploma Qualified or equivalent in Early Childhood Education; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood is desirable.
Prior experience in a similar role within the education and training industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working with Children Check certification.
Current First Aid certification.
Knowledge of Storypark, Xplor, Employment Hero, My Waitlist, 1 Place (desirable).
Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.
Develop policies, procedures, and practices that promote a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including National Quality Framework standards.
Foster positive relationships with families by maintaining open lines of communication through regular meetings, newsletters, etc.
Conduct regular staff meetings to provide guidance on program planning, pedagogy implementation, etc.
Oversee financial management including budgeting, invoicing, etc., ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies or community organisations to enhance program offerings or address concerns.
Monitor enrolment numbers and implement strategies for increasing occupancy rates if required.
Stay updated on current trends in early childhood education through professional development opportunities.
