The Assistant Manager acts as the key support for the Store Manager in leading their Tribe to exceed sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
The Assistant Manager is fully responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Provide 2 years experience in the Retail industry in the Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares sectors?
Step up and be fully accountable for the store in the absence of the Store Manager?
Lead a Tribe to deliver authentic, high quality customer service?
Inspire your Tribe and customers to embrace the Tree of Life brand through your own personal style and fashion knowledge?
Analyse stock effectively to maximise sales?
Create a positive vibe in store that reflects the Tree of Life ethos?
Work a Part Time roster that includes working Mondays and Sundays?
Be available to work during holiday periods and over Christmas?
