ETS holds contracts to clear vegetation along the electricity network throughout NSW.
We are looking to recruit additional crew members to fill the following positions in our Tamworth team:
Ground Crews (competent in felling trees from the ground)ClimbersEWP Operators (EWP High Risk Work Licence required)Away work is required with these roles – in this instance a generous Living Away from Home Allowance (LAHA) will be provided. About you Highly safety consciousPhysically fit & healthy, and love the great outdoorsHighly motivated, with a positive attitude & able to work as part of a teamConfident around machinery and willing to undertake all roles in a tree crew including Climbing, Chipper Operation, Ground clearing, and cutting from an EWPPrevious experience in the vegetation industry is desirable, but more importantly we are looking for applicants who are a good fit with our culture and values, and who have good transferable skills i.e. if you come from an agricultural, labouring background we would like to hear from you.
Skills & Qualifications General Construction Safety White Card – essentialChainsaw operation - highly regardedHeavy Vehicle Truck licence (HR or MR) – or ability to obtain - essentialEWP licence – highly regardedThe following qualifications are also favourable:
