This practice caters to its diverse community and patients with a wide array of onsite services, a spacious treatment room and supportive management and staff.In this role you will conduct a range of clinical duties and assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and managing of treatment room staff performance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Team Leader is responsible for the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room and assists Health Care Professionals.Conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs including pathology collection, vaccinations, performing ECG's, wound care, and equipment sterilisation.Develop patient, doctor and nurse relationships to promote quality care.Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures.Assist the PM with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance and oversight of the nursing team.Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed.Play a key role in our medical centre team and evolving business initiatives.PrerequisitesRegistered Nurse with at least 2-3 years experience in either general practice or an acute care setting.
