About the Role As first point of contact for our patients, you're responsible for building positive relationships.Work closely with our Orthodontist and provide support in patient consultations.Use your excellent customer service skills to make patients feel welcome and confidently answer any enquiries.Draw up quotes based on the Orthodontists recommendations and confidently discuss with patients.Assist with tasks including photographing teeth, building patient files, and x-rays.Maintain high attention to detail when using patient management systems.About You Previous experience in a customer facing role, such as Retail Sales.Self-motivated, you are a quick learner and eager to learn new skills.Proven track record engaging with customers and building positive relationships.Fantastic communication skills, you are clear and confident.Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.You are upbeat, positive, and love engaging with a variety of customers!APPLY NOW If you're interested to learn more about our Treatment Coordinator role – APPLY NOW and Sophie from our HR team will be in touch!
