About the role You will support our Penfolds Project Management team to execute the smooth delivery of exciting luxury projects across Australia, including our spiritual home at Magill Estate in South Australia.
Project manage the execution of major refurbishments across the Magill Estate site and new sites including pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project. Act as primary point of contact for all day-to-day communication and stakeholder management for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and ensure compliance with internal procurement and Health & Safety practices. Ensure project delivery on scope, on time, and to budget as well as manage cost projections, tracking, managing timelines and invoices. About you You are a passionate and enthusiastic Project Manager who has extensive experience working on high-end commercial projects. You'll thrive being part of a high-performing team. You are a natural team player, with the ability to work with, and influence, stakeholders at all levels.
Previous experience in managing end-to-end commercial projects ideally within the hospitality industry. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Solution focused, with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
