This Role
The Treasury Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's objectives while ensuring efficient day-to-day treasury operations and payments in Mexico, supporting FX dealing, and global projects. This role involves overseeing cash flow and ensuring liquidity of all countries.
Responsibilities
Responsible for updating and keeping control of the Treasury FX tracker including loan agreements and monthly internal audit.
Support global and local FX deals.
Assist in the preparation of the FX monthly committee and minutes.
Oversee credit card control in Mexico, including responsive letters; monthly monitoring of expenses, credit limits, follow-up on clarifications with employees and card payments.
Track all payments to vendors in Mexico.
Close daily investments in MXN and USD, track investments in all markets.
Monitor banking access in all countries and request proof of evidence on a monthly basis.
Assist Senior Treasury Manager in managing liquidity and reviewing daily cash balances and cash flows in the treasury management system.
Help document all Treasury procedures (SOPs) and keep updated Global Policies at least annually or more frequently as required.
Participate in local and global projects where Treasury is involved.
Support internal and external audits.
Requirements
Manage operations and liquidity management strategies.
Knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities, and treasury best practices.
Maintain and build strong relationships with banks.
Serve as the company's leading spokesperson for all departments, partners, and stakeholders.
Design and implement solutions and recommend plans and technology for optimization purposes.
Create scalable workflows and implement company-wide treasury processes.
5+ years of treasury leadership experience.
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Advanced level of English.
