As a Treasury Controls Analyst, you are the interface between Group Treasury and various functions of the bank such as Finance, Operations, IT and Risk. You will be involved in managing non-financial risk controls within Group Treasury which includes RCSAs, Product Control Frameworks, compliance with regulatory obligations and general monitoring with Treasury to keep us within our risk appetite.
You will also contribute to Group Treasury regulatory and other change programmes for example the new securitisation system, Quantum Upgrade, outsourcing arrangements and KYC.
What you'll do Completion of monthly KRI's for GT, and quarterly compliance checks for the team (including phone line recording, room access, system access) and maintain and ensure Master checklist items for Treasury are completedReporting and monitoring of Treasury counterpartiesEvent and issue management, reporting and resolutionCompletion and transition of Product Control Framework (PCF) testing to Product Control Standards (PCS) and Key Control Testing (KCT) for GT in association with BCO.Process improvements – both in practices and in system enhancements to improve monitoring and changeSystem Enhancements, upgrades and implementations – system development life cycle through build, test, implement phasesWhat we're looking for 5+ Experience in Treasury (corporate or banking)Experience of implementing controls and monitoring toolsBachelor degree in Finance (or equivalent)Experience stakeholder managementExperience managing small projectsNon Financial Risk experience – either 1LOD or 2LODWhat's in it for you?
