The Role As part of our investment team, you will be responsible for assisting with the funding activities of the organisation. This includes supporting with contract management of our funding transactions, managing transaction activity across our debt and government funding arrangements as well as our investment assets, and maintaining records and systems to support our reporting obligations to our funders and across the organisation. You will also be managing the debt/funding drawdown process including proactively working across the organisation to understand upcoming funding requirements.
About You Along with a strong interest in the social housing sector with a desire to learn and influence for change, you will meet the following criteria:
Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.Previous experience in an accounting or treasury role will be ideal however, this is not essential.Excel skills - intermediate to advanced.Self-motivated and driven to succeed and meet timelines.Passionate about delivering accurate and quality work.Excellent Communication.Commitment to our organisation's mission, vision, and values, with a passion for social impact.Satisfactory Police Check.Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
