As a Treasury Accountant reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will work within a high-performing and flat-structured team.
The Treasury Accountant will be responsible for a broad range of accounting functions including access to all key functions of Treasury across public RMBS term deals, warehouse management, our Credit Funds, treasury reporting for investors, funders, and regulators.
Key accountabilities include: Daily management of securitisation trusts and the RAM funds.Management of trust cashflow/liquidity requirements including drawdown processes and portfolio monitoring.Co-ordinating and delivering waterfall calculation and trust reporting to all stakeholders accurately and on a timely basis.Ensuring ongoing compliance of all trusts, monitoring pool parameters, warehouse renewals, eligibility and limits.Managing the onboarding of new securitisation trusts and the clean-up calls.Responding to investor and rating agency queries.Managing audits with key stakeholders and financiers.Maintaining and preparing investor pitchbook for external and internal presentations.Engage with and manage external counterparties, including financiers, rating agencies, legal counsel, and trustee as required.Excel modelling and cash flow analysis.Tracking of trust performance and providing insightful commentary.Ensuring all processes are clearly documented and readily available to the team.Work closely with the finance team and investment operations to coordinate cashflows.Skills and qualifications required are: Business Undergraduate degree in Business and Finance.Postgraduate Chartered Accountant qualification.Previous experience in a non-bank Treasury Accountant role.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.Ability to perform data analytics on a large data set.Ability to interpret and action term sheets and legal documents.Summary of role requirements: Flexible hours available.2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
