Treasurer

The Treasurer brings together budgets, management accounts, and statutory accounts and presents them to the Board. Together with the CEO, the Treasurer ensures that the various reporting obligations are met.The Belgrave Heights Convention conducts several Bible teaching conventions each year at its property in the southern Dandenong Ranges, east of Melbourne. The Convention has completed a major property upgrade to support its ministry and seeks to utilize the potential of the new developments.Commitment to the Belgrave Heights Convention Statement of Purpose, Belief, and Practice is essential for all Board members.The Treasurer is able to bring their skills in financial matters to the Board to advance the ministry of the Convention. The Treasurer is supported by a bookkeeper, accounts payable, and office staff. The Treasurer is also a member of the Finance, Risk, and Audit Committee that supports the Board.As a member of the Board, the Treasurer is expected to contribute to all matters that come before the Board but will take a leading role on the Board's financial responsibilities.
