About THE ROLEA day in the life of this busy role will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for all racing events, practices, and team activities, ensuring every minute is accounted for.Liaise with drivers, team members, and external partners to confirm availability and logistics, creating seamless coordination.Collaborate with vendors, catering, sponsors, and team members to manage timelines, resources, and event details.Proactively adjust schedules in response to changes, challenges, or unexpected events, maintaining flexibility and efficiency.Keep meticulous records and documentation of all scheduling activities to ensure transparency and effective communication.Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively across teams and encouraging input on scheduling needs.About YOUExtensive prior experience in Executive Administration, scheduling or travel coordination, preferably in sporting, events, or a logistics industry.A degree in PR/Communications/ Marketing/ Sport (highly desirable).Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.What's NEXT?Ready to put your scheduling skills in the fast lane?
