Are you passionate about travel and looking to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tourism within a growing travel company?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Create and develop long-lasting relationships with industry partners.Present and promote the company's services to potential clients.Follow up on leads generated from sales and marketing initiatives.Participate in marketing events, seminars, and showcases.Assist in the onboarding of new accounts.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development or sales within the travel industry.
3+ years.Strong knowledge of travel trends, key destinations, and customer preferences in the South Asian region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently .Strong organizational and time-management skills.A passion for travel, culture, and providing exceptional experiences to clients.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.The Package: Competitive salary of 85K - $95K + uncapped commissions + super + car allowanceTravel: the opportunity to accompany agent famils and undertake recces/knowledge building trips.
This position includes a high amount of interstate travel & international travel.
Remote working when not on the road (1 day p/m in office)Professional development and growth opportunities.
