In this role you will: Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each members unique preferences.
Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.
About you You'll be a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel.
We are also looking for: Must be passionate about travel and done a broad range of travelling both internationally and domestically (please share where you have travelled in your cover letter).
A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets.
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
Strong customer service experience.
