Our low carbon vision, targets 10% renewable gas in our distribution networks by no later than 2030, with full decarbonisation of our networks by 2040 as a stretch target and by no later than 2050.About the OpportunitySeeking an enthusiastic Travel Officer to join our Commercial Division. The Travel Officer will be responsible for coordinating travel requests. This is an instrumental position to effectively manage the document control and delivery of travel resources meeting the needs of Dampier Bunbury Pipeline employees.Key Responsibilities:flights, accommodation, hotel and vehicle hire for personnel, as requestedall Compressor Station accommodation and rental propertiesmaintenance services are adequately supported with flights and accommodation on time and within budgetas a general resource and point of contact for all travel related issues and concernsthe Travel Departments invoices and purchase orders for Accounts Payableand implements the Travel Management system requirements and improvementsall remote travel kits to personnel and ensures all necessary documents and data entry is captured correctlymanages the administration of relevant equipment assigned to individual remote travel kits and actively maintains audits on this equipmentthe administration of Satellite (SAT) phones, and Call Signs, SPOT devices, NAVMAN memory cards.About Youexperience and understanding of the Travel Management processin administration and purchasing related functionslevel of computer literacyWhat we offerare proud to be recognised as an inclusive employer by Diversity Council Australia, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion has earned us recognition in 2023-2024.
