Length: 13 weeks with option to extend

Requirements: 2 years experience BLS Others: Local Radius: 50 miles Local accepted COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Shift: Working 6 days on and 8 off; Friday – Wednesday.
