NEP Australia is currently looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team on a 22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract starting September 2024.
The role will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate travel for broadcasts, based in Eveleigh, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Liaise with broadcast crew to organise flights and accommodation for all projects Coordinate efficient ground transport between airport, venues and hotels Manage crew correspondence and emails Organise accreditation and venue induction requirements Required skills and attributes: Minimum of one year travel experience desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work under pressure and solve problems Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously High level of organisation and attention to detail Benefits of working at NEP NEP Travel benefits & discounts including Qantas Club Membership Discounts through NEP Reward Employee Assistance Program This 22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract is located in Eveleigh, Sydney .
