NEP Australia is currently looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team on a 22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract starting September 2024.
The role will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate travel for broadcasts, based in Eveleigh, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:Liaise with broadcast crew to organise flights and accommodation for all projectsCoordinate efficient ground transport between airport, venues and hotelsManage crew correspondence and emailsOrganise accreditation and venue induction requirementsRequired skills and attributes:Minimum of one year travel experience desirable but not essentialExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressure and solve problemsBe a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomouslyHigh level of organisation and attention to detailBenefits of working at NEPNEP Travel benefits & discounts including Qantas Club MembershipDiscounts through NEP RewardEmployee Assistance ProgramThis 22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract is located in Eveleigh, Sydney.
