Manage home leave and demobilisation travel for international personnel.
Ensure visa requirements and HSE-approved accommodations are met for travelers.
Liaise with Travel Management Company for non-standard travel and accommodation requests.
Update the ISOS Travel Tracker System and generate travel reports for operations and global mobility.
Oversee ticketing, manage credits, and review invoices for accurate processing.
Coordinate with HSES for security briefings and resolve booking tool errors via Concur Support.

You will assist in the coordination of the booking and management of business travel arrangements.
Essential skills and knowledge  li]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li]:py-2 [&_p]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li>ul>li]:pl-0 pl-4 text-brunel-dark-grey jobrequirements"> Requirements Travel and Tourism Certificate III OR Global equivalent.
Previous experience in a Corporate Travel position.
Knowledge and experience in International travel routing and airfares.
Knowledge and experience of Online Booking Tools.
Confident computer skills.
Sound knowledge of the airline seating allocation process.
