AO3 Business Support Officer - Travel Team 2 positions available!
ASAP Start - 3 months + possible extension $46.27 + super per hour Queensland Government Cannon Hill - work close to home Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Support officer to join the travel team for an initial 3 month contract.
Your duties will include: Flight and Accommodation bookings including flights, accommodation, car hire etc Efficient and high standards of customer service to internal customers.
Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensuring responses are provided within required time frames.
High attention to detail while working within a fast-paced environment Connecting with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of travel services.
Handling enquiries for senior staff in their absence within expected time frames.
You The successful candidate will have experience in high volume domestic travel bookings.
You will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience in high volume domestic flight and accommodation bookings High accuracy and high attention to detail Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Initiative and the ability to perform recurring work Excellent communication skills Apply To be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft word format.
