How you'll be opening up the world for our customers… As a Sales Travel Consultant in our Round the World air team, you will become an airfare guru! You will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer's next amazing travel experience, all built around high-value, complex travel itineraries. You will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares while delivering excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveller. But it's not just airfares – you'll be the expert for your customer's every need, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more! You will be working towards KPI's and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
What it takes to be a Co-Captain in our team of airfare experts… You're the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with prior experience as a travel consultant You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs and sales targets to get the incentives you deserve You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work You're not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too.
