About the Role Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a suitably experienced Travel Coordinator to join our HR team in the Perth office. Reporting to our Chief of People, the role will be responsible for coordinating travel, roster, and accommodation for our employees and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Efficient mobilisation coordination which includes rostering, flights, and accommodation for employees and sub-contractors across all projects.Handle rostering changes efficiently, ensuring effective communication.Work closely with PMs and Operations Manager, managing high volumes of workforce travel arrangements and implementing schedules.Manage budgets, cost control, travel credits, and airline memberships to maximise cost efficiencies and rewards points.Source accommodation and furniture.Negotiate with camp managers, real estate agents/property managers, corporate travellers, and/or airlines using various booking systems.Liaise regularly with CM's / PM's regarding resourcing requirements and maintain employee employment variation documentation.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate information and correspondence in internal systems and ensure compliance through effective reporting.About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 3 years' experience in travel coordination, accommodation, and rostering within the Construction or Resources sector.Project admin and/or site mobilisation experience is highly desirable.Previous experience with travel portals like corporate traveller for bookings and itinerary management.Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.Impeccable attention to detail and demonstrated time management and coordination skills.How to Apply At Monford, our RIPPA values are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.
